Our School
Located in the heart of the beautiful Texas Hill Country in Kerrville, Texas, BK Cosmo College of Cosmetology was originally established by Kay and Bill Conlee in 1973 as Conlee’s College of Cosmetology. Renamed as BK Cosmo College of Cosmetology in 2019, the school is now under the guidance of Brandy and Kevin Scoggins and is the only nationally accredited College of Cosmetology in the Hill Country. We invite you to come learn everything needed for an exciting career in cosmetology, or as an instructor, while obtaining the requirements to receive a license by TDLR.

Our Staff
Owners Brandy and Kevin Scoggins bring a wealth of business management and customer service experience as well as a passion for education and helping students improve their professional & personal lives through development of career skills, strong work ethic and professionalism.
Lead Instructor Josef Aguirre has been instructing inspiring cosmetologists for over 7 years and is incredibly passionate about his job. Josef’s curriculum will challenge students to be their very best and his eye for proper technique will ensure all graduates are prepared and confident.
Phase 1 Instructor Brandy Reavis teaches new students the essential cosmetology practices and procedures to help build a strong foundation to grow their skillset. Brandy brings a strong background in both teaching and cosmetology practice to the school which enables her to assist in acclimating new students into college life.
